BAILOUT! or Can you picture this prophecy? The temperatures are too hot for me is a traveling, site-specific, multi-disciplinary performance work that considers how we cope in the face of catastrophic environmental disasters. BAILOUT! focuses a lens on the 3.11 earthquake, tsunami, and ongoing nuclear disaster in Northern Japan. The choices we have made to fulfill our urban lifestyles have resulted in unimaginable consequences where we have abandoned our responsibility to work with nature, and instead are putting ourselves in danger as we push the limits of the earth.

With Adria Otte, Kevin O’Connor, Emily Leap, & Steven Sanchez. (80 minutes)
